Evenings feel like chaos, Mama? Let’s turn 4–8pm into calm, one small step at a time.
Reset with easy rhythms, real food, and gentle strides towards peace, presence & a home that finally works for you.
Start here, not with perfection
If 4–8pm feels like chaos, you’re not alone and you don’t need a perfect kitchen or a strict routine to reclaim it.
You just need one small, trusting step.
Maybe that’s batch‑prepping a few family favourites. Maybe it’s a 10-minute tidy that clears the worst of the mess. Maybe it’s finally letting go of the guilt and admitting you’re ready for change.
At Real Life. Real Kitchen. I help mamas create bespoke rhythms that actually work for their families; tiny homemaking habits, prepped‑ahead meals, and evening routines that stop the spiral into burnout.
This season of motherhood with babies to preteens doesn’t have to feel like survival. One small step can turn 4–8pm into a soft, structured space to breathe again.

our story
Meet Zoë, Mum Mentor & Real Food Revivalist
I know the 4–8pm chaos because I’ve lived it; with five children, homeschooling, gluten‑free cooking, and a house that once looked like a tornado permanently lived there. I’ve cried over cold cups of tea and stood in a kitchen that felt like a constant battlefield.
But over the years, I found the simple rhythms that changed everything; tiny systems for meals, tidying, and evenings that finally feel calm. Now I help other mamas skip the trial‑and‑error and reclaim their homes, their evenings, and their peace… so they can finally breathe again.
