How it works…

We start with a real, honest conversation via Zoom and over a cup of something hot (you bring the drink, I’ll bring the strategy). You’ll tell me what’s really going on during that 4–8pm weekday window, whether it’s decision fatigue, burnout, the dinner-time meltdowns, or just feeling like you’re constantly playing catch-up. Together, we’ll figure out where the chaos creeps in and where the first simple shifts can happen.
Step 2: Make a Plan That Actually Works
No unrealistic routines, no perfection required. Just doable steps tailored to your home, your energy levels, and your family. I look at the whole picture, how food, clutter, routines, relationships, and emotional load all interact, and help you build rhythms that serve the real you. Like a business consultant for the home, I spot what’s not working, what’s draining your energy, and what small shifts will bring the biggest relief. You’ll leave this step with a personalised action plan, not just good intentions.
Step 3: Begin the Reset
This is where change starts, not by doing more, but by doing differently. You’ll start testing your reset plan with my support via Voxer or email. Together, we’ll tweak what’s not working, celebrate the wins, and move you closer to that peaceful, connected, “I-can-breathe-again” feeling. This is for the mums who know it’s not about perfect and are reaching for something better: a home that feels like refuge, not another battlefield.
